Brian Szukala to join SeerPharma (UK) Ltd.

Brian Szukala will be joining SeerPharma (UK) Ltd. as General Manager, Training and Development on 1st January 2008.

Brian has a long and varied career in pharmaceuticals and logistics and brings with him a wealth of experience in training and development.

Brian says:

"On joining SeerPharma, I remain committed to the belief that training is not just about simply transferring knowledge, and that for training to be effective investment for any organisation, then it has to change and focus on influencing behaviours. "Human Error" is a term that has become far too familiar, and having witnessed it first-hand in both the pharmaceuticals and logistics sectors, I remain committed to the pursuit of behavioural change, and that if change can make a small difference, to an individual, a team, a department or a company, then I will have achieved my goal."
