Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma: Treatment

Description: Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that develops within the lymphatic system, a complex network of organs, nodes, tissues, ducts, and vessels within the immune system that protects the body from infection. The treatment of adult NHL depends upon the cancer's histologic type and its stage, and may consist of radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, combination therapy, or even a conservative approach of watchful waiting.
